Hours: Standard hours 10:00am - 3:00pm.

We're on a mission to reduce waste in the fashion industry, and we need your help to make a positive impact. As a Casual Community Experience Assistant, you'll be part of our customer service team, working closely with our factory team to resolve customer queries and provide world-class service.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer email queries to a 5-star standard
  • Resolving any quality concerns with the factory team
  • Answering customer phone calls

You'll have:

  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our customers
  • Empathy towards our customers, treating them as more than just a number
  • Strong written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Confidence to speak to customers on the phone and help to resolve their queries
