Chef Role:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK, a leading provider of catering and support services to the education sector. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to pupils and students across the UK.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
- Oversee and implement menu changes to meet the needs of our customers.
- Identify opportunities to improve our food services and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our offerings.
- Support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts to enhance our culinary offerings.
- Represent Compass Group UK and maintain a positive brand image through excellent customer service skills.
- Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked and oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.

Requirements:
A City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent is essential for this role, as is experience supervising a team and working in a similar chef role. A flexible approach to working is also required. Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).
