Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Completions Officer to join our team. As a key member of our mortgage operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth completion of mortgage applications. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all mortgage offer conditions are satisfied and funds are released on time.
  • Work closely with Solicitors, Underwriters, and brokers to collect outstanding documents and answer queries.
  • Ensure all legal documents and conditions from the mortgage offer are satisfied in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of the current market, financial, and regulatory requirements.
  • Meet key performance indicators and service levels by working to agreed objectives and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Previous experience within financial services (desirable).
  • Adaptable and flexible to enable the department to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • An awareness of key elements of mortgage applications through to completion.
  • An understanding of the regulatory landscape, DPA, Money Laundering, TCF, MCOB, Fraud aware.
  • PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft office products and outlook.
  • Flexible approach and 'can do' attitude.
