Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to earn an uncapped commission structure, providing unlimited earning potential.

Job Description

As a Headhunting Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from initial contact to placement. Your duties will include:

  • Sourcing and interviewing top talent, negotiating salary packages, and presenting suitable candidates to clients for both contract and permanent positions.
  • BUILDING mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates, working collaboratively to maximize performance.
  • Identifying and developing long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Employing a consultative approach to advise clients and candidates on the best solutions for their needs.
  • Gaining insight into the industry and how major players operate from within.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • No prior recruitment experience is necessary; however, having worked in a fast-paced environment and demonstrated autonomy is desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
  • High levels of resilience, with a mature and positive mindset.
  • A natural inclination towards teamwork and a passion to succeed.
