We're developing our services around our vision of 'empowering happy companies to create happy customers'. We're looking for a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to help make this happen through driving both new business as well as same-store growth and overseeing the delivery of our marketing strategy.

About the Chief Growth Officer Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our leadership team to deliver on our 5 year vision of empowering happy companies to create happy customers taking us from £3m – £8m. This role is ideal for a commercial and results-oriented leader who is equally passionate about sales, marketing, customer happiness and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall growth strategy of the agency, ensuring we meet our business objectives while maintaining our strong positioning in the market.
  • Lead sales and revenue growth initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing and brand positioning efforts, ensuring alignment with our overall vision.
  • Drive data-driven decision making, leveraging analytics to inform growth strategies and improve performance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting talent development.
  • Ensure client success through proactive relationship management and strategic account planning.
