The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks are efficiently managed to meet operational requirements while adhering to company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and streamline all administrative processes at LHR, ensuring compliance with company and local regulations.
  • Lead and coach the administrative team to deliver effective support.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records, including leave planning, attendance, and performance feedback.
  • Support new joiners with briefings and biometric attendance registration.
  • Plan and coordinate staff rosters in line with HR policies and local regulations, ensuring fair and consistent administration.
  • Assist in developing reports and dashboards to analyze staff and passenger data trends. Support investigations related to customer complaints.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including raising and tracking requests for materials and services needed for both back office and operational purposes.
  • Assist in nominating staff for training courses, managing training records, and producing monthly training plans. Monitor training outcomes and provide reports on training effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain the Local Procedures Manual, ensuring updates every six months, including relevant Station and Corporate Service Notices.
  • Ensure that the LHR office complies with all Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with HR policies, rostering, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
