Manufacturing Operations Manager

The successful candidate will oversee the production of complex machinery in a well-established manufacturer of special purpose equipment.
This role involves managing production personnel, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth operations within the company's workshop areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production timescales through contract meetings with the engineering department
- Work within established budgets and deadlines, including quality control and packing
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for machining services
- Maintain a safe working environment by implementing the Company Safety Policy
The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing the production of complex equipment or technical understanding of production machinery.
A strong background in people management, planning, and deadline management is essential.
Salary: £50,000
