Job Overview

D&R Recruitment Limited seeks a highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and developing relationships with brokers, introducers, and other key stakeholders.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships to generate new business opportunities, identifying and optimising funding opportunities, and managing both internal and external relationships to ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify new and develop existing relationships with financial intermediaries, brokers, property investors, and property developers throughout the UK.
  • Funding Opportunities: Continuously develop new business, identifying, and optimising funding opportunities through an established database of financial intermediaries and property investors.
  • Relationship Management: Regularly attend field-based meetings with current and prospective clients, ensuring any actions or deals are followed up.
  • Pipeline Management: Actively manage pipeline deals.
  • Administrative Duties: Ensure administrative and compliance duties are upheld, including updating the internal CRM system, HubSpot.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience within a field-based Bridging Business Development role.
  • Skill Set: Motivated and success-orientated individual, who brings expertise and a desire to build a market-leading business.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Industry Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the property and lending markets.
  • Licence: A full clean driving licence.
