About the role

As a PMO Lead at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in the management of our programme office, ensuring the smooth running of end-to-end programmes. You will be responsible for project management support, risk and issue management, and financial controls, using tools such as Clarity & Open Workbench and MS Project.

Your responsibilities

  • Project management support, including change management, risk and issue management, reporting, status tracking, and project reporting.
  • Project financial management – tracking of budgets and costs.
  • Compliance – ensuring that the programme meets the standards we expect within Capgemini.
  • Provision of standard documents and tools.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for a strong track record of successful delivery in PMO roles within an IT and Business Change environment. A background in consultancy or professional services delivery would be advantageous, but not essential. You will need brilliant communications and interpersonal skills to relate to clients and help them understand what PMO can offer.
