Job Title: Floor Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at AllSaints. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a team of stylists to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of stylists to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a high level of store standards.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock control.
  • Commercial Acumen: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the AllSaints brand with passion and enthusiasm, ensuring that the store is always looking its best and that customers receive a consistent brand experience.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a team, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
