Role Overview

The Centre for Progressive Change is seeking a highly skilled Regional Campaign Director to join its team. This full-time position will be based in the North West region and will play a crucial role in building regional relationships, taking effective regional action, and securing funding to hire campaign staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive regional strategy to grow the organisation's presence and influence in the North West.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local community groups, businesses, and political representatives.
  • Secure funding and resources to support regional campaign activities and staff development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in regional campaigning, stakeholder engagement, and fundraising.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of campaign staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
