**Job Overview**

Regional Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced and skilled leader to head our Private Clients Department. This exciting opportunity requires a professional who can effectively manage the department, drive business growth, and maintain high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of private client law, and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

We are offering a competitive salary package, including a base salary of **£80,000 - £110,000**, depending on experience, plus benefits such as pension scheme, life insurance, and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Private Clients Department to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the department's revenue and enhance its reputation.
  • Mentor and supervise team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in private client law and regulations, ensuring the department remains compliant and delivers exceptional results.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners to promote the department's services and reputation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in private client law, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of private client law, including Wills, Probate, and Trusts.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional certification in Law or related field (e.g., CILEx, LPC).
