We are looking for a Family Support Professional to join our Children and Families Team. The successful candidate will have a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience and a strong understanding of child protection policies.

About the Role

This position involves working closely with families in complex cases, often requiring court involvement. Key responsibilities include assessing family needs and developing personalized care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.

About You

A degree in social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) is required, along with at least 3 years' experience. Experience working with children and families, as well as knowledge of court procedures, will be advantageous. A UK driver's license is preferred but not necessary. Estimated salary: £38,000 per year.
