Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of complex electromechanical systems, working closely with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of software, mechanical, and electronics components.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.

• Drive the development of high-quality systems, from feasibility studies to manufacturing, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards.

• Collaborate with engineers from various disciplines to drive system requirements and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product development in regulated environments, with expertise in requirements management and risk assessment.

• Hands-on design experience of complex systems, particularly in medical or industrial sectors, with a focus on electronics hardware and software algorithms.

• Strong technical leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent academic track record, with a degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or electronics.
