This role offers the opportunity to work with talented project teams, utilize your technical expertise, and lead the development of world-class solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for designing high-quality analogue and digital circuits, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and interacting with clients to plan and implement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electronic circuits for client projects, from feasibility to manufacture
  • Collaborate with software, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers to establish system architecture
  • Interact with clients to plan projects, identify design requirements, and implement solutions
  • Lead the electronics hardware contribution in multidisciplinary projects
  • Support integration and verification activities at hardware and system levels

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of electronics design lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with analogue and digital circuit design
  • Passion for learning new electronic technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good academic record with a degree or postgraduate qualification in electronics, engineering, or a related field

Desirable Skills:

  • Proven FPGA hardware design experience with VHDL/Verilog programming
  • Simulation experience using Spice and/or RF simulators
  • RF design, test, and compliance to 6GHz
  • Previous work on Energy Harvesting

A Day in the Life:

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across sectors, including medical, industrial, consumer, food and beverage, and consumer. Our projects range from a few months to several years, and you will be part of a talented and collaborative cross-disciplinary team.

As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you will be based at our Sagentia Innovation office in Great Burgh, Epsom, with opportunities for short travel to client sites in Europe or the USA. You will enjoy a fast-paced environment where you will solve a variety of challenges for different clients.
