Salary and BenefitsAs a Supply Teacher, you can expect a competitive daily rate of £130 - £170, equivalent to an annual salary of £25,350 - £33,150 (based on a 5-day working week). Our benefits package includes PAYE or Umbrella options, holiday pay (12.07% of your day rate for PAYE), pension contributions, and free KCSIE-compliant Safeguarding and Prevent Duty Training.
About the RoleThis Supply Teacher position involves delivering lessons in line with the National Curriculum, providing engaging and effective teaching across Primary School year groups, and maintaining a positive learning environment in Reception, Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2) classes.
- Deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.
- Teach across various Primary School year groups, adapting to different Class Teacher roles within schools.
- Maintain a well-organised and inclusive classroom environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) certification.
- Proven knowledge of the National Curriculum.
- Experience teaching in Primary Schools, especially in KS1 and KS2.
- A passion for creating engaging learning experiences.
