About the Role

Connex Education is seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to fill a challenging secondary school position. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a positive and focused learning environment during the absence of the Teacher.

Responsibilities

  • Manage classroom behavior and provide support where needed.
  • Ensure students complete assigned work set by the regular Teacher.

Assignment Details

This position involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.

Person Specification

  • Previous experience in a challenging secondary school environment.
  • Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Degree qualified.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or prepared to apply for a new one.
