About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to join our team at Binnies. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering environmental consultancy projects to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute projects in terms of scope, time, cost, and quality
  • Manage technical teams' time, cost, quality, resource, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and manage multi-discipline and cross-sector projects
  • Drive innovation and efficiencies into project delivery
  • Ensure health and safety is at the heart of all projects
  • Understand client needs and deliver accordingly
  • Work with our proposals teams to ensure smooth transition from project tender to delivery
  • Assess technical and commercial risk of projects during the sales process
  • Create and review proposals and costings for new projects
Requirements
  • Degree in an environmental-related field
  • Passion for delivering sustainability to clients and projects
  • Ambition for a project management role covering environmental projects
  • Ability to work under time pressure and balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, clients, and partners
  • Understanding of consultancy commercial models for both project delivery and tender development
  • Collaborative individual that effectively builds teams
  • Driven to develop and improve technical skills and advance career
