About the Role:
We are seeking an Aspiring Youth Justice Worker to join our team at Academics. As a specialist in restorative approaches, you will work with vulnerable children who have been exposed to traumas and adverse childhood experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs
- Develop and implement restorative practices to address challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with educators to promote individual happiness and well-being
- Provide hands-on experience working with vulnerable children
Requirements:
- Criminology and Psychology graduates or equivalent experience
- Passion for demonstrating the value of education to vulnerable children
- Ability to build strong, robust relationships with students
