Vision Care Development Role

Vision Express is seeking a motivated individual to join its team as a Vision Care Assistant in Ipswich.
This role provides the opportunity to acquire valuable work experience and undertake on-the-job training while supporting daily tasks.
A comprehensive training package is available, including a Level 3 Optical Assistant Apprenticeship, Functional Skills in maths and English (if required), and the chance to develop technical skills in lenses and measurements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Help customers select suitable eyewear frames based on their comfort, lifestyle, and personal style.
- Communicate frame features and benefits effectively to customers.
- Perform pre-screening tests such as retinal imaging, pressure testing, and visual field testing.
The successful candidate will have opportunities for professional growth within Vision Express, with potential for future advancement.
As a Vision Care Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert optical care.
