We are seeking an experienced Care Home Leader to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. This role offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
About the Opportunity- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals, ensuring exceptional care and support services are delivered to residents.
- Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to improve care quality, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic leadership to the care team, ensuring exceptional care and support services are delivered.
- Maintain a culture of kindness, empathy, and compassion within the care home.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.
- £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Excellent performance-related bonus scheme.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Full DBS disclosure paid.
- Annual NMC PIN renewal paid.
- Employee Assistance Programme.
- Previous experience managing a nursing home or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Proven marketing and business skills in the private care sector.
