We are seeking an experienced Senior Orthodontic Practice Manager to join our team at Angle House, a specialist dental practice in London. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our orthodontic practices.

Job Description

The Senior Orthodontic Practice Manager will be responsible for managing the dental nursing team, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing chairside assistance during dental procedures. Key duties include:

  • Managing the dental nursing team according to the diary and business needs
  • Performing regular checks and audits to ensure health and safety and CQC compliance
  • Providing chairside assistance, ensuring that the correct equipment is available
  • Ensuring the care and welfare of patients
  • Accurately completing patient clinical records as directed
  • Communicating with patients and providing support throughout their patient journey
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Dental Nursing Level 3 or equivalent
  • Radiography qualification
  • GDC Registration
  • Nursing team management experience
  • Experience in Orthodontics
  • Great understanding of CQC/NHS compliance

Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
