About Portman Smile Clinic


We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Practice Manager to join our team at Portman Smile Clinic in Lewisham, South East London.



  • Part-time role with 24-32 hours per week
  • Availability must include Wednesdays 9-5 and hours over Thursday and Friday
  • Modern and well-equipped practice with a friendly and professional environment

As our Practice Manager, you will work alongside Specialist Orthodontists and Therapists, caring for both NHS and private patients. You will be responsible for Treatment Coordinating duties and managing a team.


About the role


We welcome applications from experienced managers or TCO/Lead Dental Nurses with a background in dental settings. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial will also be considered.



  • Experience of working with financial records, including P&L, KPIs, and budget planning
  • Experience of managing a team, including knowledge of HR processes and compliance
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
