About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities, assisting with daily activities and promoting independence.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized support plans.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and reporting incidents.
Requirements

- Positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
