Care Assistant in Acute Treatment Unit

About the Position
This is a part-time opportunity requiring 30.13 hours of work across a 7-day rota, with rotation between days and nights. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a willingness to learn and develop within the role. Successful applicants will participate in a comprehensive induction program, including mentorship from an experienced healthcare support worker and regular feedback sessions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will assist registered nurses in delivering patient care, focusing on aspects such as personal care, nutrition, hydration, and engaging patients in activities that promote well-being. You will contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with AHP teams to enhance patient outcomes. Our ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, patience, and compassion, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
