We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Performance and Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Telford. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary focus will be on analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

About the Role:
This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £27,500 - £29,500 per annum, with hours from 9am – 5pm. You will analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, conduct site visits to survey and facilitate the creation of machinery/equipment layout plans, and represent the company at trade shows and events to generate leads and build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer experiences to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
