About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Influencer Director to join our team at Brave Bison. As a key member of our SocialChain team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering social-first influencer campaigns for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop a team of Influencer Managers and Executives, providing clear progression plans and motivation to achieve.

- Train and develop the team to ensure campaign detail is exemplary and processes are efficient.

- Ability to multi-task across a diverse range of clients and projects, organizing the team for optimum delivery within influencer campaigns and wider agency work.

- Deliver social-first influencer campaigns for global brands, establishing efficiencies and proactively ensuring consistent connection with internal teams.

- Foster and build strong ways of working, processes, and relationships with clients and partner agencies, delivering high-level influencer campaigns in talent selection, delivery, and results.

- Develop and implement best practice for influencer marketing across the business and with clients, analyzing campaign performance, building case studies, and recommending future solutions.

- Translate business objectives into influencer strategies, proposing campaign structures, and implementing measurement solutions.

- Achieve targets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, identifying and prioritizing business opportunities, building pitches, and responding to briefs.

- Create persuasive presentations using market trends, case studies, and Social Chain solutions, maintaining a high knowledge of the influencer marketing industry and creator economy.

Requirements

- 1+ year experience in the role of Influencer Director.

- Experience managing and leading influencer campaigns, demonstrating social-first thinking.

- Agency experience required.

- Excellent attention to detail, high client satisfaction, process implementation, creative excellence, financial management, and written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to plan and strategize at a senior level, team management experience (3-5 people), and keen interest in digital content and evolution and industry trends/news.
