About Media Bodies

We are a team of 32 professionals from nine different countries, working across Leeds, Manchester, London, and Barcelona. We operate in a hybrid system, providing access to top-notch co-working spaces in each city. Key Responsibilities

Lead and Inspire: Head a talented creative team to deliver innovative concepts and content.

Data-Driven Creativity: Marry data insights with creativity to craft compelling influencer campaigns.

Multi-Platform Oversight: Oversee projects from ideation to execution across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and Podcasts.

Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with account managers, strategists, and influencer partnerships teams to ensure every campaign is a hit.

Trendsetting: Stay ahead of industry trends to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Strategic Vision: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with client goals and drive measurable results.

Client Engagement: Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, articulating the vision and strategy behind each campaign.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all creative outputs meet the highest standards and brand guidelines.

Mentorship: Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.


Desired Knowledge & Skills

Experience: 7+ years in marketing, advertising, or a related field, with a significant portion in a leadership role.

Influencer Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of influencer marketing dynamics and strategies.

Multi-Platform Fluency: Proficient in emerging trends and social media platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and podcasts.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a creative team.

Strategic Thinker: Ability to align creative vision with business objectives and data insights.

Storytelling Ability: Expertise in crafting narratives that inspire audiences and drive performance.

Excellent Communication: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly and persuasively.

Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
