We’re searching for a visionary Creative Director passionate about fostering creativity, driving innovation, and delivering successful commercial results.
TrunkBBI, a leading creative & activation agency, seeks an exceptional Creative Director to lead our creative department to new heights. As the Creative Director, you will be an integral part of our agency management and leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Creative Officer.

**Role Overview**:
As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for igniting creative energy and nurturing the talented minds within our team. You will drive artistic direction and big idea generation, ensuring our creative endeavours align with clients’ objectives and budgets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and inspire the creative department, both creative copywriting & design, setting a high standard for excellence and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Develop and articulate the agency’s creative philosophy, strategy, and objectives, representing the agency at industry events and demonstrating thought leadership.
- Oversee the agency’s creative output, ensuring all work is creatively outstanding, effective, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Manage and mentor creative teams, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Act as the brand guardian for agency accounts, focusing on brand integrity and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with agency management, client teams, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional work across multiple accounts.
- Present creative ideas to existing and potential clients, effectively communicating concepts and solutions.
- Report key team data to senior leadership and human resources departments.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of excellence in creative craft, with a strong reputation in the industry.
- Successful experience in executing and bringing creative work to the market.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage creative teams, nurturing their growth and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Proficient in evaluating and advocating for great creative work, with a discerning eye for excellence.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively selling conceptual work that aligns with client objectives.
- Follow consumer trends and technologies, including AI and emerging platforms.
- Tenacity and resilience under pressure, working to tight deadlines.
- A keen interest in fostering diversity and inclusion within creative teams.
- A deep understanding of our clients’ businesses, their values, and how marketing and advertising contribute to their success.
- Actively involved in recruitment and passionate about team members’ personal and professional development.
**Your rewards**
