Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced qualified Social Worker to join our First Response Team as a First Response Manager. This is a fixed term position for 12 months, working between 22.5 - 37 hours per week, with a requirement to include Mondays.

The First Assessment Service (First Response) is the initial point of contact for professionals and members of the public making referrals for children and young people in need of help or protection.

About the Role:
As a First Response Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of non-social work qualified First Response Advisors in their safeguarding enquiries. You will also provide advice and guidance on a range of referrals, including those requiring urgent escalation to social work teams.

Your Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Excellent risk assessment skills.
