Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Care Home Manager to lead our clinical team in Harrow, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, managing staff, and contributing to the overall success of the care home.

Key Responsibilities

The Care Home Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Ledning and developing the clinical team.
  2. Mentoring junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  3. Managing day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid NMC pin as a qualified RGN, RMN, or RNLD.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or senior nursing role.
  • A strong communicator and team leader, passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Compensation and Benefits
