Care Professional Leader

As a highly skilled Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to residents in a 27-bedded Residential Care Home. With a passion for providing outstanding care, you will lead by example and inspire junior team members to do the same.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering high-quality care. If you have an NVQ Level 2/3 or above in Health and Social Care and experience in a care setting, we would love to hear from you.
This role is based in Ruislip, close to train stations and multiple bus routes, making it easily accessible. The care home has a Good CQC report in all areas and specializes in elderly and dementia care.
As a Senior Carer, you will be responsible for leading the care team and ensuring that care plans are implemented effectively. Your duties will include administering medication, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing the daily operations of the care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to care staff
- Ensure care is delivered according to latest guidelines and best practices
- Administer medication as required
- Maintain accurate records and update care plans
- Plan and delegate tasks effectively
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
- Medication training
