Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trustee Pensions Manager to join our team at Stellantis. As a key member of our pension services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the needs of our Trustee Boards are met, acting as Trustee Secretary, and managing the Trustee Services function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trustee Governance: Ensure the Trustee Boards are well-informed and up-to-date on all matters related to the pension schemes, including compliance with legislation and good governance practices.
  • Trustee Secretary: Prepare Board papers, take minutes, and follow up on actions as required, providing recommendations for Trustee approval.
  • Pension Services Management: Manage the Trustee Services function, including accounting and pensions projects, and ensure the smooth operation of the pension schemes.
  • Relationship Management: Manage the relationship with pension administrators for the Group's UK defined benefit pension arrangements and ensure the payment of benefits in respect of the Group's defined benefit pension arrangement and those associated with the Group's defined contribution arrangements.
  • Support to Pensions Manager: Provide support to the Pensions Manager in relation to strategic pension and benefit projects, including DC governance committee and DC plan management.
  • Adviser Reviews: Organise and carry out adviser reviews on behalf of the Trustee and manage the tender process where necessary, challenging advisers' views and charges when necessary to ensure the Trustee Boards continue to receive value for money.
  • Communication: Organise member communications, both written and electronic, ensuring they are inclusive and efficient and utilise the tools available in the department.
  • Relationship Management: Manage the relationship with sponsoring employers and Group, providing information as required for accounting purposes.
  • Remote Working: Principally remote working, with visits to Head Office, Pinley House, Coventry for collaborative working and Trustee meetings, although travel to other group locations and advisers' offices will be required.
  • Team Management: Management of a small team ensuring services to the Trustees are provided, Trustees, advisers and other Group departments.
