Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Governance Specialist to join our team at Stellantis. As a key member of our Trustee Services function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective governance of our UK pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trustee Secretary: Prepare Board papers, take minutes, and follow up on actions, providing recommendations for Trustee approval.
  • Trustee Services Management: Oversee the Trustee Services function, including accounting and pensions projects.
  • Pension Administrator Management: Manage the relationship with pension administrators for our UK defined benefit pension arrangements.
  • Benefit Payment Management: Manage the payment of benefits for our defined benefit and defined contribution pension arrangements.
  • Pension Project Support: Provide support to the Pensions Manager on strategic pension and benefit projects.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with legislation and maintain good governance for each plan, including Trustee Knowledge and understanding requirements.
  • DC Governance Committee Support: Support the Pensions Manager with the DC governance committee and help manage the DC plan.
  • Adviser Review and Tender Management: Organize and carry out adviser reviews on behalf of the Trustee and manage the tender process where necessary.
  • Value for Money: Challenge advisers' views and charges to ensure the Trustee Boards receive value for money.
  • Team Management: Manage a small team to ensure services to the Trustees are provided efficiently.
Requirements
  • Principally Remote Working: Work from home with occasional visits to our Head Office in Coventry for collaborative working and Trustee meetings.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel to other group locations and advisers' offices as required.
