Job Title: Trustee Pensions Manager

Stellantis is seeking a highly skilled Trustee Pensions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our pension services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the needs of our Trustee Boards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trustee Secretary: Prepare Board papers, take minutes, and follow up on actions, providing recommendations for Trustee approval.
  • Pension Scheme Management: Manage the Trustee Services function, including accounting and pensions projects.
  • Relationship Management: Manage the relationship with pension administrators for our UK defined benefit pension arrangements.
  • Benefit Payment: Manage the payment of benefits for our defined benefit pension arrangement and those associated with our defined contribution arrangements.
  • Strategic Support: Provide support to the Pensions Manager on strategic pension and benefit projects.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with legislation and maintain good governance for each plan, including requirements for Trustee knowledge and understanding.
  • DC Governance: Support the Pensions Manager with the DC governance committee and help manage the DC plan.
  • Adviser Reviews: Organise and carry out adviser reviews on behalf of the Trustee and manage the tender process where necessary.
  • Value for Money: Challenge advisers' views and charges to ensure the Trustee Boards receive value for money.
  • Team Management: Manage a small team to ensure services to the Trustees are provided.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
