We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Admin Assistant to join our team at NHS Blood and Transplant Services in Speke, Liverpool.
Job Summary:This is a full-time temporary position with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Tissues Customer Service team, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a highly professional and efficient administration service to the Tissues Customer Service team.
- Oversee and organize the selection and dispatch of tissues to hospitals nationally.
- Work with customers (hospital staff) and the public, requiring excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent organizational skills and good with figures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
