
Technical Administrator

We're looking for a **Technical Administrator** to join the team.
**Location**:Speke, Liverpool
**Business area**: Kier Construction - Build Centre
**Contract**:6 Month Fixed Term Contract
**Responsibilities**
Within the role, the incumbent will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- To manage the volume of purchase invoices on hold for a specified area of the business, ensuring the % of holds by volume is below the agreed upper limit, this may include targets set for key suppliers.
- To act as the business expert regarding all ordering, receipting and invoicing processes on the Oracle platform.
- Maintain relationships with all stakeholders involved in the purchase to pay process across all functions.
- Assist with the processing of payment notices and maintenance of the CRM ticketing system.
- To promote and drive the use of best practise across all areas by collaborating with colleagues and supporting new initiatives.
- To assist in the identification and delivery of training to relevant resources to improve compliance.
- To promote Kier Group's values towards its stakeholders in order to meet or exceed their expectations and achieve the vision of becoming the most highly respected company in the industry.
**Who are we looking for?**
To be considered for the role, applicants will have the following experience and attributes:
- Good administration skills with experience of Oracle
- Knowledge of commercial contracts within construction industry
- Used to working across and liaising across multiple offices
