Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Fostering Services Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, assessment, supervision, training, and ongoing support for our foster carers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Assessment: Oversee the recruitment process for new foster carers, including assessments and evaluations to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Supervision and Support: Provide regular supervision and support to our foster carers, helping them to deliver the highest level of care to children in their care.
  • Operational Management: Ensure that our foster care services comply with legislative and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of care and operational excellence within the agency.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Qualifications: A relevant social work qualification and registration with Social Work England are essential for this role.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within fostering services is required, as well as a strong understanding of regulatory standards and best practice.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
