About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in the healthcare sector as a Field Service Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing complex laboratory diagnostics systems at customer sites.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field service or technical support, preferably within an electronics or electro-mechanical environment. They should possess excellent customer service skills and be able to remain confident in customer-facing situations.
- Service and Installation: Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of laboratory diagnostics systems.
- Technical Support: Offer troubleshooting and technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate the following:
- A minimum ONC/HNC level or above in electronics or a related technical discipline.
- A strong background in field service or technical support, preferably within an electronics or electro-mechanical environment.
- Impeccable customer service skills and the ability to remain confident in customer-facing situations.
