About the Role: The Quality and Effectiveness Team will be a dedicated and busy team providing support and supportive challenge to senior school leaders, ensuring the delivery of high quality and effective inclusive practice across Lincolnshire's mainstream schools.

The successful candidates will be responsible for working in partnership with senior school leaders, professional bodies and wider stakeholders to strengthen confidence in the ability of Lincolnshire's mainstream provision to effectively meet the additional needs of the majority of children and young people. They will also be responsible for supporting and quality assuring Lincolnshire's mainstream Hub provisions within host mainstream schools.

Job Description: As a Quality and Effectiveness Lead, you will be a skilled communicator with good time management and an ability to respond to tight deadlines and high demand in a busy service area. You will have an understanding of national legislation and an awareness of local policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with senior school leaders to strengthen the quality of early intervention and the graduated approach so that pupils are able to flourish in their local mainstream schools.
  • Effectively plan and deliver improved standards of inclusion and monitor their impact.
  • Stay up to date with relevant legislation, statutory duties and Local Authority procedures relating to SEND and Inclusion.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
