Senior Support Worker

We're looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our supported living service in Bury Ramsey. Our service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people.

This role involves helping people gain more independence in their daily lives, while assisting the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service. Responsibilities include allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervisions, ordering medication, and ensuring residents are supported to manage their finances.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of others. You'll be working with individuals with autism, and we're interested in candidates with previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
