We are seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at i2i Recruitment in Cheltenham. This part-time role offers circa £30,000 per annum (pro rata) and the potential to expand to full-time in the future.
About the Role:
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide administrative support within the housing and property development sector. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries professionally and promptly using Microsoft Office tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support within the housing and property development sector
- Handle customer inquiries over email and phone
- Efficiently use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Organise and manage documentation with attention to detail
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in the housing or property development industry (preferable)
- A confident user of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational abilities and a proactive attitude
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with clients
