Sales Coordinator

Ontic is the leading global provider of OEM-pedigree parts, MRO Services and serviceable parts for legacy aerospace platforms. Due to our continued success and our ambitious growth plans we are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to the success of the growth of our UK Sales Team.

What will you be doing?

As a Sales Coordinator you will be working closely with the Senior Sales Managers and Sales Operations Analysts, to identify sales opportunities and communicate with customers. In this position, you will understand Ontic’s entire sales process and be involved at all stages to ensure that we are following up with every possible sales lead within the UK and communicating promptly and effectively with our customers. You will be communicating with customers and developing relationships, obtaining customer feedback from Ontic’s proposals, and ensuring that this feedback is captured within CRM. This is part of an essential customer feedback loop to prompt and appropriate action is taken to support our customers.
