**Job Title:** School Admin Assistant

**Job Summary:**

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill the role of School Admin Assistant. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an administrative capacity and is passionate about education.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and maintain accurate student records and school databases.
  • Handle school correspondence, including emails and phone calls, professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events for staff and students.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Support the school's finance department with budgeting and invoicing tasks.
  • Provide a welcoming and efficient reception service for students, parents, and visitors.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and school management software.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a school administrative role is preferred but not essential.
