Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to join our team at The HireWorks Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of property maintenance and management.

About the Role:
As Facilities Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing the maintenance team, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
Monitor job tickets and work due to be completed by the department, maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues to senior management.
Manage external contractors for quality and efficiency, conducting regular site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
A proven track record of success in a similar management-level position, with experience working within the property sector or a related industry.
Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve outstanding results.
Excellent communication and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages.

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the company.
