Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Ensure that excellent customer service is always provided by every member of your team.
  • Team Management: Inspire, motivate, train and energise your team to increase sales.
  • Stock Control: Effectively manage stock control and maximise the shop's sales, payroll, waste, and reconciliation performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the standards for food safety and health and safety are met consistently.
  • Visual Presentation: Ensure that the visual presentation of the shop is in accordance with Birds brand image.

Shifts: Saturday 7am - 5pm, Sunday shifts - Start time TBC, but will be 6.5 hours, plus flexible working to cover for staff holidays, sickness and busy periods.
