About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, negotiating sales, and building strong relationships with vendors and buyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers to ensure repeat business
  • Market properties to buyers using various marketing skills
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through canvassing and door-to-door sales
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Strong IT skills and good telephone manner
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
