About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join our team at haart. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for negotiating sales agreements between developers and buyers, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register client details and book property viewings
  • Negotiate offers between developers and buyers
  • Work with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards
  • Canvass and produce new business opportunities
  • Engage with local communities to establish your reputation
  • Prepare contracts and terms to secure sales
  • Advertise properties through various channels
What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic annual salary ranging between £18,000 to £25,000, dependent on experience. In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission through our sales scheme.

We also provide dedicated training and coaching to help you develop your skills and knowledge. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and we are committed to helping you achieve your career goals.

Requirements
  • Demonstrable track record of success in a target-driven role in Estate Agency
  • Knowledge or experience working within New Homes
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop your knowledge and skills
  • A hunger to earn and succeed
