Senior Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at haart. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for negotiating offers between developers and buyers, working with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards, and canvassing and producing new business.
Key Responsibilities- Register client details and book and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between developers and buyers
- Work with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards
- Canvass and produce new business
- Engage and be active within your local community to establish your reputation
- Prepare contracts/terms and conditions to secure sales
- Advertise properties through all available channels
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a demonstrable track record of success within a target-driven role in Estate Agency, ideally with knowledge or experience working within New Homes. You will also need to have a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service, enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills, and a hunger to earn.
What's On OfferWe offer a basic annual salary ranging between £18,000 to £25,000, dependent on your experience, as well as an uncapped commission scheme. You will also receive dedicated training from day one with ongoing coaching and development, and the opportunity to build your career with haart.

- Proof of address and National Insurance
Please note that this role is subject to passing probation and completion of 1 year's service.
