Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised Planning Support Coordinator to join our team in Birmingham city centre.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and attention to detail to make a real impact on our business.
About the Job
In this role, you will provide dedicated support to our Planning team, ensuring your duties are executed efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for verifying driver's expenses, cross-referencing bookings, and liaising with internal and external customers and suppliers.
You will also have the opportunity to utilise your analytical skills to update and improve processes, helping us to maintain our high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
